The Imaginary Word
November 2007
Welcome to the new Imaginary Word. It has been a while. I apologize for that but, life has a way of sweeping in and shaking things up sometimes. Due to my new time constraints, the Imaginary Word will now appear quarterly - the beginning of November, February, May, and August.
For those of you visiting for the first time, The Imaginary Word is a suggested reading list of online prose and poetry with the occasional bit of art thrown in too. Things I find beautiful, interesting, or just amazing and worthy of passing along to others.
I hope you find something that suits your tastes in this list and, if you do, seek out the author or artist and let them know. You might just make someone’s day.

"You should have seen the way they cried out for blood. I frequent the boards at a popular SF&F magazine, and the occasional spam left by self-published authors trying to sell their books always provoked drastic responses. For me, it signaled a sparsity of opportunities for independant writers to market their books. Totally Novel is trying to change that." - Wade Ogletree, Founder of Totally Novel.
